Tailpieces for violin and viola

Models:

Hill- or French Model.

Our Wood:

Specially selected and aged for many years, black ebony with few pores or dark rosewood with few pores. European boxwood with a beautiful grain, traditionally stained – dark, auburn color.

Saddle:

In Ebony, Rosewood, European Boxwood or Ivory.

Length:

Our standard lengthes over all are 109mm for violin and 125mm, 130mm, 135mm for viola. Special lengths are available upon request.

Underside Hollow:

We can make this for violin either flat or hollow upon request. For viola only standard.

Surface Treatment:

Standard is a polished gloss finish. Upon request, matt-finished or, for a 15% surcharge, finely sanded and oiled.
