Violin tailpiece with elegant contours and proportions. Very good, detailed workmanship, symmetric. Constant edge thickness, light weight. Not too high fret, worked smoothly form a single piece of wood. Precisely-cut slots with correct spacing from E to G string. Precisely-drilled holes for tailgut.

Our company was established more tan 120 years ago and our fourth generation is currently turning pegs. In 1884 our founder, Franz Lorenz (1859-1944), started turning pegs with very simple tools in Ursprung, Czechoslovakia. His son, Josef Lorenz (1885-1975), later took over the workshop and continue reading...
